Returns

What is your returns policy?

If you change your mind, we will give you an exchange or refund if you return your item to us unused and in original condition with your order confirmation within 14 days of it being delivered to you. If you are only returning some of the items on your order, then we will only refund the cost of those items. 

​

If your product is faulty or not as described, please return with your order confirmation within 30 days of receiving the product and we will exchange or refund it. We will also refund the delivery fee you paid to receive the product if it is returned within 30 days. After 30 days, we will repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The following products will not be eligible for exchange or refund (unless faulty or not as described):

​

  • Products you received over 14 days ago

  • Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect)

  • Products without original packaging or labels

  • Products or packaging in poor condition

  • Where a product has been personalised for you, or made to your specific measurements

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons eg face coverings, bedding

 

Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you do not have proof of purchase, we will be unable to process a refund or exchange, so please keep your order confirmation.

How much will delivery cost and when will I receive my order?

​

Our delivery fees are based on the cost of your order and your delivery address. The delivery fee for your order will be displayed before you confirm payment. We despatch nearly all orders within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. You will receive a despatch confirmation email when your order is despatched.

​

  • UK: FREE delivery, 2-3 business days following despatch via Royal Mail standard mail

  • Rest of the world: £7.00 flat rate, 5-7 business days following despatch via Royal Mail international standard mail

Can I get my gift wrapped?

​

Yes, we can wrap your gift and attach a card with a personalised gift message. Please just add gift wrapping to your basket, and enter your gift message. No pricing information will be included with the gift. 

​

Can my gift be sent directly to the recipient?

​

Yes, please enter your address in the 'billing information' field, and enter the gift recipient's name and address in the 'delivery information' field. No pricing information will be included with the gift. 

​

Do you offer a discount for larger purchases?

​

Yes, please use code VOLUME15 to receive 15% off when you spend £500 or more.
